Our process includes seven key steps to getting your custom built home.

We have a simple chat to discover a little about you and the home that you're dreaming of creating, as well as your budget and desired time frame. Step 1
We meet up (In-person or via Zoom) and dig deeper into the home that you're looking to create. Step 2
You'll meet with the designer and walk through the process of creating Your Home. This is not picking just something that you like out of the plan book, this is creating a fully customised home, just for you and your family. Step 3
Once you're completely happy with your new home design it's time for the fun part - choosing all your 'selections'. From bathroom taps & shower heads to the floor coverings and the kitchen appliances. It's time to lock in all your dream finishes. Step 4
Once you're completely happy with your new home design, & all the finishes you're going to love inside it, we can give you a fixed price for building your home. This will be all inclusive and clearly spelt out so you know exactly what you're getting and how much it's going to cost. Step 5
It's time to get started. Every decision you've worked through is about to become a reality. Of course we are going to keep you informed right through the process and we'll have progress inspections so you can watch it all coming together. Proper, continuous communication means that our clients are kept up-to-date on what’s going on as their home is built. This removes the worry about ‘What’s happening?’, ‘Are they on time?’ And, ‘Have they remembered those special details I asked for? Step 6
