Kingfisher Homes started with a simple goal: to make building a home less stressful and more meaningful.
Founded in 2020 by Jacob Bain, the company grew from his early days as an apprentice carpenter into a business shaped by experience, hard work, and genuine passion for construction. Jacob noticed too many families being pushed into standard designs that didn’t fit their lives, and he aimed to change that.
From the beginning, Kingfisher Homes has focused on collaboration, clarity, and creating homes that genuinely reflect the people who live in them. Every project is treated as a partnership, where the client’s voice guides each step. This purpose keeps us moving forward—to design and build homes that feel personal, practical, and enduring.
