Jacob Bain

With a career spanning over 25 years, Jacob Bain has shaped Kingfisher Homes with a vision that combines craftsmanship, innovation, and a client-focused approach. Starting his career as an apprentice carpenter in the mid-1990s, he quickly grasped the fundamentals of building while developing a respect for craftsmanship that still guides his work today. His journey through various roles and entrepreneurial ventures provided him with the knowledge and perspective that ultimately shaped the vision for Kingfisher Homes.

As Director, Jacob is recognised for striking a balance between strategic oversight and a practical, hands-on approach. He works closely with clients, ensuring each project reflects their priorities while achieving the highest standards of construction. His leadership fosters a culture of innovation, professionalism, and respect, setting the standard for the entire team.
